The "12 Years A Slave" star lands on our best beauty list for the umpteenth time thanks to her luminous complexion, which she's accentuated this time around with a neutral smokey eye and burgundy lipstick.

It should be a crime to have skin this perfect. Knightley's casual updo, smoldering eyeliner (with a hint of sparkle) and bright orange lips make for our ultimate best beauty look of the week.

Sure, this "Scandal" star's face is contoured to perfection. But it wouldn't stand out as much if her skin tone was naturally dull. Washington's graphite smokey eye makeup and raisin lip gloss add the finishing touches.

The English fashion model-turned-film star's center-parted locks are super lush and shiny. And Chan's brunette hair color pops against her milky complexion and matte red lips.
WORST: Kelis

We rarely see Kelis on the red carpet, but we couldn't miss the singer-songwriter in these big curls, frosty eyeshadow, dramatic winged eyeliner and nude lip. Paired with the oversized earrings and fringe jacket, this look reminds us of a bad Diana Ross costume.

There is a lot going on with the former Pussycat Doll's hair and makeup. From the grayish-blonde slicked-back hair and wild brows to the misplaced bronzer and faded purple lipstick, we have to wonder if Ashley looked in the mirror before heading out.

Outlandish is Lady Gaga's thing, but even this look is too far out there for the pop star. Her silver braided wig looks like a mop, and those green crystals on her face are just tacky. But we do love her glossy red lips.
WORST: Claire Danes

Danes could play a character in a remake of "The Stepford Wives" with her overdone retro hair. The 34-year-old actress' skin tone looks washed out with that icy blue eyeshadow and unflattering shade of orange lipstick.
WORST: Juliette Lewis

We highly doubt Lewis was going for George Washington-esque hair, but she nailed it! The dated hairstyle and heavy makeup bring unwanted attention to the fine lines and wrinkles on her face (something every woman can relate to).
